After an agonising search for just the "right" engineered timber flooring for our renovation, we finally went back to Fowles where we had started our search about 2 weeks earlier. They had a good selection well displayed, with plenty of samples and competitively priced.

We recently had our carpet done through Fowles and were very happy with the service. They were recommended to us for their competitive pricing and were definitely the best value out of all the places we looked at. Our sales rep, Ally, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the options without pushing the most expensive products. She gave us several samples to test at home, did multiple quotes to help us decide, and was even happy to refund part of the order when we chose to do the uplift and disposal ourselves. The installer, Scott, called the day before to introduce himself, arrived early, and worked non-stop to deliver a flawless result. Highly recommend Ally, Scott, and the whole Fowles team.

On 24th April 25 I had new carpet installed at my house. From my first meeting with Mr. George Procopiou till the installation of the carpet at my place every thing was just perfect. George was extremely professional, communicative, patient, and commendable in organizing the entire work from the quote to the installation of the carpet. Mr. Mark Harris and his team installed the carpet, with the entire work being completed in a single day. Mark and his young team were very professional, respectful and courteous. They removed the furniture, where required and supported us in returning them to their original settings. I wish to recommend them to all for installation of carpet. Moreover, they have discounted rolls of carpet and you can even change carpet into rug after contacting the overlocking company!!! Money saving!!

Amazing service with James re carpet we bought for our Reno. He got us the best price compared to other carpet stores. Follow up service is great also. And Julian the carpet layer did an amazing job laying the carpet on our stairs ( a 1918 building) and bedrooms. Would highly recommend.
