User Registration

1. Each intending bidder shall complete all details in the Login to set up an account with credit card details.
2. The highest bidder to be the purchaser but if any dispute arises as to the last or highest bidder, the lot in dispute shall be put up
again and resold providing the Auctioneer cannot decide who was the last or highest bidder.
3. The Auctioneer may hold a bid and refer such bid to a Vendor before acceptance. The Vendor reserves the right to bid either by
the Auctioneer or the Vendors agent for any lot offered.
4. The Auctioneer may refuse to accept any bid or withdraw any lot from the sale.
5. All successful bidders will have their nominated credit card debited for the full amount inclusive of the 13% buyers premium at the end of the auction.
6. All lots, having been made available for inspection prior to auction, are offered for sale “as is, where is” with all faults (if any). To
the full extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding the contents of, or any description given in any catalogue, advertisement,
or other material issued by the Auctioneer in relation to the lot, no expressed or implied condition warranty or guarantee is made
or given in relation to that lot as to its condition, quality, fitness for purpose, merchantability or compliance with description.
7. All lots shall be at the buyer’s risk on the fall of the hammer and neither the Vendor nor the Auctioneer shall be accountable for
any deficiencies, damage or loss which may arise thereafter.
8. Customs charges and delivery charges, including weighing, to be paid by the purchaser, when and where applicable as stated in
the catalogue.
9. A Buyer’s Administration Fee will be payable by the Purchaser to the company, such Administration Fee to be in addition to and
payable at the same time as the purchase price and which Administration Fee will form part of the total consideration for the
purchase.
10. All auction bid prices are GST inclusive unless the owner of the goods is not registered for GST. Lots to be sold on behalf of owners
not registered for GST will be separately identified in the catalogue.
11. All goods must be taken away by the purchaser within 4 days of the sale. No parties will be allowed to remove their lots or any
portion thereof until the purchase has been completed and full purchase price paid to the Vendor or the Auctioneer.
12. Storage charges may apply on lots which have been paid for and which remain uncollected 4 days after the sale.
13. The buyer is wholly responsible for any damage to property or injury to persons incurred during the removal of a lot or lots
purchased including damages or injury caused by their agents or employees.
14. All buyers or members of the public enter the auction rooms or vendor’s premises entirely at their own risk. Buyers and members
of the public are warned to exercise caution because of the possibility of dangerous machinery, chemicals, and other dangerous
goods and facilities being present.
15. Upon any purchaser failing to comply with any of the above conditions any money deposited in part payment shall be absolutely
forfeited and all lots uncleared may be resold by Public Auction or Private Contract and the de􀁭ciency (if any) on such resale,
together with all costs and charges consequent upon such resale, shall be made good by the defaulter at this sale.
16. To the full extent permitted by law, the Vendor and the Auctioneer will not be liable for loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or
incurred by a purchaser arising out of the sale and purchase of the lot. Subject to all applicable laws any liability of auctioneers
shall be limited to a refund or a credit of the charge made for services provided by the Auctioneer.
17. Payment terms are cash, EFTPOS or credit card (surcharges apply for credit card) before delivery.
18. No goods will be dispatched during the auction.
